For more than 25 years, Jon has cultivated communication excellence with individuals, teams, and organizations worldwide. Starting his career at Leo Burnett HQ in Chicago, he spent 16 years managing global and regional brand initiatives for Philip Morris USA and Philip Morris International, Procter & Gamble, Philips Sonicare, and more. In 2013, Jon founded rapid fig to help rising executives develop leadership communication and executive presence skills. Since then, he has collaborated with leading companies across industries, including AbbVie, Caterpillar, Cisco, Colliers, Deloitte, Delta Air Lines, Facebook, Marriott, McDonald’s, Philip Morris International, and more. Jon holds a B.S.J. from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, a certificate in Effective Business Communication from the University of Chicago Booth School of Management, and studied improvisation at Second City in Chicago.
JENNIFER KING

Jennifer is a communication consultant, arts leader, award-winning tenured professor, and a critically acclaimed theater director, dedicated to helping individuals and executives excel in spoken communication. She began her career at the Tony Award-winning Dallas Theatre Center, launching the Artful Leadership Series, and has since coached leaders at companies like NVIDIA, Cisco, Adobe, Caterpillar, Genentech, Google, and State Farm. As a guest lecturer at Nanjing University in eastern China, she coached top engineering students to improve their communication through innovative approaches to the English language. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Drama from USC and an MFA in Acting from UC Davis. She lives in San Francisco
